Job Description: 1. At least 2 years of experience in mechanical machining inspection. 2. Solid understanding of geometric tolerances and strong CAD drawing interpretation skills; able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, and proficient in the use of common measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges. 3. Conduct inspections on product appearance, dimensions, performance, and other relevant criteria in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and other standards, ensuring that the physical quality of the products fully conforms to the design and is properly documented. 4. Participate in continuous product quality improvement: promptly report any issues identified during the inspection process to the supervisor, ensure appropriate labeling and marking are applied, and assist the production workshop and warehouse in isolating and controlling non-conforming items. 5. Assist the procurement department in inspecting and accepting externally sourced materials and processed components. 6. Strong communication and problem-analysis skills; hard-working, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure. 7. Responsible for monitoring product quality, production schedules, and inspection procedures to ensure that quality, output, costs, and production efficiency meet or exceed company targets. 3. Perform preventive maintenance on machining centers in a timely manner. 4. Identify and resolve issues arising during the production process, continuously optimize machining workflows to enhance product quality and efficiency. 5. Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, able to maintain a positive and proactive attitude under work pressure; possesses strong problem-solving and execution capabilities, as well as excellent teamwork skills. 6.
