We tailor solutions to meet the unique requirements of every customer, deliver pre-sales and after-sales service with unparalleled attentiveness, and ensure that our customers can use our products with complete peace of mind and maximum convenience.
1. The product is covered by a 12-month free warranty from the date of shipment. However, any equipment failure or damage resulting from improper operation or external factors will not be eligible for the free warranty.

Provide customers with regular communication services, including: gauging customer confidence in our products and listening to their feedback and suggestions; keeping customers informed about the company’s latest developments, new technological features of our products, and newly launched product lines; and sharing real-world application experiences from users across various industries who are using our products.
3. The company operates a 24/7 service hotline (15380015887). Upon receiving a customer’s report of an issue, the company will provide an emergency solution by phone or fax within two hours. If the equipment failure is confirmed to require on-site repair, after-sales service personnel will arrive at the site and commence repairs within 48 hours. In exceptional circumstances or when the site is located far from the company, service personnel shall arrive on-site within the time agreed upon with the customer to carry out the repair.
4. For each repair performed on a product outside the warranty period, if replacement parts are required, our company will only charge the basic cost of such parts. If the product needs to be returned to the factory for repair, the shipping costs shall be borne by the customer.
